Meet Cat

Hi, I’m Cat, and I live in Byron Bay, Australia. A place that constantly inspires me with its rhythm and deep connection to nature. I work in the arts as a Performer, Choreographer, Teacher, and Visual Artist through the medium of one-line, and I’ve always felt that creation is my most natural state. Expression, in all its forms, is how I make sense of the world.

But my artistry has never been just about creating—it has always been about self-discovery. The act of creating has been deeply intertwined with my own inner exploration, and it’s this connection between expression and self-awareness that has led me to the work I do now.

I am passionate about helping (in general !!) but particularly helping people reconnect with their authenticity & their inner world, guiding them toward deeper awareness, and creating tools that make self-exploration accessible, intuitive, and meaningful.

Illuminated Journaling is an extension of all of this. It’s a practice that merges creativity, self-inquiry, and deep inner listening with innovation — supporting you in your own unfolding. It’s a space to return to yourself, to move through what feels stuck, and to find clarity, release, and integration through the simple yet profound act of reflection.
